REIMBURSEMENT

We are a boutique practice offering private pay services. Services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement under your out of network (OON) benefits. We know that dealing with insurance companies can be overwhelming, and that families facing feeding challenges already have a lot on their plate. That's why we have partnered with Reimbursify to make submitting receipts for services easy, and reimbursement more attainable.

To learn more about your OON benefits and what may be covered, click the link below and enter your insurance information. You can then review your explanation of benefits (EOB)- including your deductible, how much has already gone toward your deductible this year, and OON reimbursement rates. Once services have been provided, we will email you a super bill (fancy name for medical receipt) and you come back here to upload it to your Reimbursify account. That's it. Once your insurance company processes the reciept, they will determine eligibility for reimbursement and mail you a check. 

Please know that we want all our families to be reimbursed for services. However we do not have a billing department, do not have a contract with any insurance company, and cannot guarantee reimburesement. But this is our sincerest attempt to provide quality care that is affordable and attainable.
