NOURISH RATES

INVEST IN YOUR FEEDING JOURNEY

Nourish Therapy is a specialized private pay practice in Poulsbo, Washington offering the highest quality of care and comprehensive support to families. I believe that transparent pricing helps families plan with confidence, so here's what to expect.

Discovery Call — Complimentary | 15 minutes
Book a discovery call and let's talk about what's going on. No commitment, just clarity on how feeding therapy can help. Most families meet their goals within 4-8 sessions.

Prenatal Lactation & Feeding Assessment — $260 | 90 minutes
Prepare for feeding before baby arrives. We'll cover all the ins and outs of feeding in the first week of life, plus review your medical history, pregnancy, and delivery plans to identify risk factors in lactation and infant feeding. This shapes individualized guidance so that families have a plan in the event that challenges arise.

Infant Feeding Assessment — $360 | 120 minutes
A comprehensive evaluation of your baby's feeding, including breast/bottles/solids, oral and whole-body developmental assessment, pump analysis and flange fitting, and a personalized feeding and therapy plan you'll take home the same day.

Feeding Therapy — $200 | 60 minutes
Ongoing follow-up sessions to support your baby's feeding progress, update your home exercise program, and adjust the plan as your baby makes progress. Most families meet their feed goals within 4-8 sessions.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

Nourish Therapy is an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not contract with any insurance company. Many families submit superbills to utilize out-of-network (OON) benefits — some plans reimburse up to 50–80%.

Here's how to use your insurance:

1. Check your benefits.
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network coverage for feeding therapy with a Speech-Language Pathologist (or Lactation Reimbursement for prenatal consults). Ask about your OON deductible, how much has been applied this year, and your reimbursement rate.

2. Attend your visit. Payment is due at the time of service (cash, credit/debit card, or HSA card accepted)

3. Request a superbill at your visit. This is a detailed medical receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurance needs.

4. Submit the superbill to your insurance. Once processed, they'll determine eligibility and mail you a reimbursement check.

I want feeding support to be as accessible and affordable for every Kitsap family. While I cannot guarantee reimbursement, I am happy to provide superbills to make the process as smooth as possible.

Questions? Bring them to your Discovery Call — I am happy to help you figure this out.
