SERVICES
PRENATAL LACTATION ASSESSMENT
$260 | 90 MINUTES
Personalized prenatal consults are wonderful for families who want to be prepared for breastfeeding, as well as those who are high risk for infant feeding challenges (e.g., preterm delivery, pregnancy complications, family history of tongue tie, etc ). These visits are customized to the individual and geared toward empowering families to meet feeding goals.
INFANT FEEDING EVALUATION
$360 | 120 MINUTES
We complete a thorough review of infant + birthing parent's medical/birth history, developmental, and feeding history, conduct a whole body infant assessment (tension, movement, reflexes), oral assessment, and breast/bottle/solids feeding analysis. Following the assessment, we develop an individualized home exercise plan and teach parents activities to move baby toward feeding goals.

**For breastfeeding dyads we also provide lactation support, which may include nutrition counseling, milk supply, pumping, breast health, and develop a feeding plan based on weighted feeds and infant nutritional needs.
FEEDING THERAPY
$200 | 60 MINUTES
Most of our families meet their feeding goals within 4-8 visits. Sessions are play-based, and involve a blend of oral exercises, bodywork/gentle manual therapy, and developmental therapies, with ongoing assessment for how improving skills are transferring at breast/bottle/table.

For older infants and toddlers, sessions may involve big body movements, sensory activities, mouth play, breath-work, and snack time.
Feeding is a whole body activity, which is why I bring a holistic approach. When babies feel well and move well- they feed well.

USING INSURANCE
Nourish is an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not contract with any insurance company. Many families choose to submit superbills to utilize out-of-network (OON) benefits — with some plans reimbursing up to 50–80%.
If you want to use insurance. Here is what I recommend:
1. Check your benefits. Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network coverage for feeding therapy with a Speech-Language Pathologist (or Lactation Reimbursement for prenatal consults).
2. Attend your visit. Payment is due at the time of service (cash, credit/debit/HSA card).
3. Request a superbill at your visit. This is a detailed medical receipt.
4. Submit the superbill to your insurance. Once processed, they'll determine eligibility and mail you a reimbursement check.

I want feeding support to be accessible and affordable for Kitsap families. While I cannot guarantee reimbursement, I am happy to provide superbills.
